Quick and Yummy Late Night Soy Milk Omelette – Philips Airfryer

Late Night Omelette – Philips Airfryer
Late Night Omelette – Philips Airfryer

I was feeling a little hungry while watching a late night online movie,  ran to the kitchen and looking around for some food. No, there wasn’t any left overs around. So I decided to whip up something quick and yummy to satisfy my hunger desire and enjoy the next movie with less growling distractions.
Ingredients:
  • 5 Eggs
  • 6 tbs Chicken Stock / **1/2 tsp of chicken powder (add 1/4 cup soy milk unsweetened)
  • Cheese (I could only find grated Parmesan cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sausages/ Ham / Bacons
** I used this for this dish ( the Soy milk really made the difference)

Methods:
  1. Beat eggs,  add chicken stock, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
  2. Pour beaten eggs into the Philips Airfryer pan. If you don’t have a this pan, pour it into a square dish)
  3. Set Airfryer to 180 degrees for 10 mins. ( 10 mins with preheat, 15 mins without preheating the airfryer)
  4. 5-8 mins laters, open up the Airfryer, you should see the sides puffing up while the center is still watery, at this point drop in sausages or ham or bacons.
  5. Place it back into the airfryer and cook for another 5 mins.
  6. When done, turn over the pan onto a plate and flip it over. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese if you like)
